Rendering & Plastering Services
Everything from spray renders to plastering — done properly, every time.
Silicone Rendering
Silicone render is the go-to for homeowners who want a clean, modern look that actually lasts. We work with K-Rend and other top silicone systems that handle the Fylde Coast weather without cracking or staining.
The big selling point? It's self-cleaning. Rain washes the dirt off. That means your house looks fresh years down the line without you lifting a finger.
- Self-cleaning — stays looking sharp
- Over 100 colours to choose from
- Handles UV, rain and frost
- Flexible — won't crack with movement
- K-Rend approved application
Spray Rendering
This is our bread and butter. We've been spray rendering houses across Thornton-Cleveleys, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast for over 15 years. It's faster than hand application and gives a much more even finish.
Whether it's a full re-render, a new build or a big extension — spray is the way to go for a clean, consistent result.
- Faster than hand-applied methods
- Even coverage across the whole surface
- Works with silicone and monocouche systems
- Great for large elevations
- Professional-grade equipment
Monocouche Render
Monocouche is a one-coat, through-coloured render. The colour goes all the way through — so if it gets a nick or scratch, you don't see a different colour underneath.
It's a solid choice if you want a low-maintenance finish without the ongoing cost of repainting every few years. Plenty of colours and textures to pick from.
- Through-coloured — paint-free finish
- Wide range of finishes
- Single-coat system
- Breathable and weather-resistant
- Low maintenance long-term
Plastering
We're not just renderers — we're plasterers too. From fresh skims on new builds to patching up old plaster in period properties, we handle internal and external plastering across the Fylde Coast.
Having one team for both rendering and plastering keeps things simple. One quote, one point of contact for everything.
- Internal and external plastering
- New builds, extensions and renovations
- Re-skims and patch repairs
- Commercial and industrial work
- Clean, smooth finishes every time
Pebble Dash Removal
Fed up with the pebble dash? You're not alone — it's one of our most asked-for jobs. We strip the old finish, check the brickwork underneath, fix any damage and apply a fresh modern render.
The transformation is massive. It completely changes the look of a property and adds real value to your home.
- Safe, controlled removal
- Brickwork checked and repaired
- Modern render applied on top
- Huge kerb appeal improvement
- Adds value to your property
Render Repair
Cracked render? Blown patches? Damp getting in? You don't always need a full re-render. We can target the problem areas, sort the underlying cause and patch it up to blend with the rest.
It's a lot cheaper than re-doing the whole house and we'll be honest about whether a repair is enough or if you need more work doing.
- Crack repairs and filling
- Blown render patching
- Damp-related repairs
- Colour matched to existing finish
- Honest assessment of what's needed
Rendering & Plastering FAQs
It depends on the size of the property, the render system and how much prep work is needed. A typical 3-bed semi might be anywhere from £3,000 to £6,000. We give free, no-obligation quotes so you'll know the exact price before any work starts.
Silicone render — specifically K-Rend — is the best choice for coastal properties. It's flexible, weather-resistant, self-cleaning and handles the salt air and driving rain that the Fylde Coast gets. We've been fitting it for over 15 years.
Yes, we do both. Internal and external plastering alongside all our rendering services. Having one team means one point of contact and one quote for everything.
A properly applied spray render system like K-Rend silicone can last 25 to 30 years with minimal maintenance. The self-cleaning properties mean it stays looking fresh without needing a wash or repaint.
In some cases yes, but we usually recommend removing it first. If pebble dash is loose or blown, rendering over it will cause problems down the line. We'll assess it properly and give you honest advice.
